Meg Adcock, LMSW

Ms. Adcock is the Social Services Director for US Renal Care and a Consultant of Operations and Business Compliance for Alinea Family Hospice Care. She has served over 25 years in healthcare and has vast experience in social work and administration. She has developed and directed a Geri-Psyche program, has served as a bereavement counsellor in the hospice setting and has performed in several administrative roles throughout her career.

Ms. Medley is the RAC Coordinator for UT East Texas North Campus. Ms. Medley has been in the HIM field for 21 years and has held several positions throughout various organizations including HIM Director, RAC Coordinator, Coding Manager and Coder. Ms. Medley is the current President of ETxHIMA.

RAC Audits: What Are They and How Can You Be Prepared

Becky Wilson, CCS, CPC, CPMA, CSTR

Becky Wilson began in the healthcare industry as a part time medical records file clerk while still in high school.  She knew immediately her future was in healthcare!  She has performed numerous functions in the healthcare industry, ranging from file clerk, trauma registrar, coder, auditor and consultant.  She is currently the APC Coding Validation Specialist Manager.  She was one of the first in Texas to acquire American Trauma Society’s credential Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry (CSTR) while working at a Level I Trauma Center.  She then set her sights on coding and achieved certifications from AHIMA as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) and AAPC as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC).   Becky has also obtained AAPC’s credential of Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA).  

Becky has over 17 years of coding experience; she has worked for hospitals as well as coding vendors and this exposed her to a variety of specialties.
